Rooftop

This book is straight out-of our-minds amazing! It's called Rooftop. It doesn't sound like much but don't judge a book by it's cover.

Clay is another adolescent on the streets of New York who smokes weed. Clay gets sent to a drug rehab program called Daytop. Clay's main goal is to pass the GED. When Clay's cousin, Addison, joins the program, things change. Clay feels more confident about himself but when tragey hits Clay's family will confidence alone pull through for him? And will Clay be able to help Addison's brother Darrel turn away from drug dealing?

My favorite part of the book was when Clay woke up and realized that he doesn't have to be pushed around by anyone.

This was a very compelling book that relates to what is happening in our world.

An Ambundance of Katherines

A long lasting relationship is not Colin's specialty. Colin, a former child prodigy, has been dumped 19 times by every girl he's ever dated. Coincidentally, they're all called Katherine... and they're all spelled with a K!!

Colin decides to reinvent himself by composing the "Theorem of Underlying Katherine Predictability" which he hopes will predict the future of any relationship (and finally get him a girlfriend!)

My favorite part of the story is the way Colin describes how he gets dumped each time.

If you like comedy, you'll love this book. I also recommed this book for.....well, everyone who LOVES to read.

Get a bowl full of pop-corn and a front row seat!

Cut by Patricia McCormick

Cut by Patricia McCormick is about a 15-year-old girl named Callie who is in a rehab center for cutting herself. She keeps quiet until one day she opens up and faces the problems that led to her cutting.

If you like teenage drama or you are shy, this book is for you. It is one of my favorite MSU books!

Played by Dana Davidson

Played, by Dana Davidson, is about a teenage boy and girl who come from two different social groups. As part of an initiation into a popular high school fraternity called the FBI, Ian must start a relationship with a not so popular girl named Kylie. But not everything works out as planned!

If you liked Jason and Kyra by Dana Davidson, I suggest you read Played. This was one of my favorite books.
